SVP Teens
SVP Teens is a philanthropic youth program that engages SVP MN Partners’ 7th-12th grade kids in a six-month curriculum to learn about the grant-making process and complex social issues facing children in Minnesota.
SVP Teens learn valuable skills including: writing grant guidelines, evaluating proposals, conducting site visits, reading financials and volunteering time for direct service.
The purpose of the program is to teach the children of our partners about philanthropy at an early age and to cultivate a lifelong commitment towards creating stronger communities through venture philanthropy.
