in promising youth-serving nonprofits for collaborative capacity building work. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Investees (we call them Investees, because we are invested in their impact and in the youth they serve) to identify projects and outcomes that advance their impact in the community and the sustainability of their organization. SVP’s investment in innovative organizations combine both a financial grant and pro bono collaborative consultancy. We believe we make a greater impact together!

We want you to share challenges and opportunities openly. After a thorough, 360-degree assessment is complete, we will roll up our sleeves and start our work together.
Flexibility
Investees need to be open to working with volunteers with varied professional backgrounds who are invested in your success.
A commitment to open communication
When something isn’t working, we want to know. That may be uncomfortable, but our best results come from authentic relationships and mutual learning.
A plan for progress
The SVP Impact Team and the Investee will co-create a work plan and then have regular check-ins to hold each other accountable to achieving defined outcomes.
This may seem like a heavy lift for Investees who are already stretched to capacity. Our model is not right for all organizations, or for all stages of organizational development. But when the fit and timing are right, our Investees say it’s worth every ounce of effort!
