Tools we use to do our work:
- Multi-year unrestricted grant funding to youth-serving organizations in the Twin Cities
- Pro-bono consulting on the issues and challenges the organizations we support are tackling so they can amplify their impact
- Peer-learning Impact Accelerator cohorts and connections with other Executive Leaders in the field
- Community engagement and networking opportunities
- Youth leadership opportunities to bring more youth voice and decision-making to our work

Build Collaborative Partnerships
Based in mutual respect and mutual learning. Our work with nonprofit organizations and their leaders only works when it is truly collaborative and centers trust and relationship building that values the strengths everyone brings to the table.
Provide Impact-Building Support
Through pro bono consulting and peer-learning. Our goal is to support nonprofit leaders of youth-serving organizations to amplify their impact in the community. So, we focus on organizational development as well as impact and capacity building projects and resources that will help the organization take their work to the next level.
Grow Inclusive Community Leadership
Our decision-making process for grants as well as the leadership for our organization includes cross-sector leadership from our donor partners, non-profit leaders as well as the voices of young people in our community.
